International Shipping Policy

Currently we are shipping to North America and Caribbean Islands, UK, UAE, Canada. For Orders from any other country shall be entertained for which you can communicate with us at contactus@anuchaa.com

  1. How much time does it take to deliver my order outside India (International)?
    You can expect delivery of your order within 7 to10 business days from the date of shipping. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, the delivery TAT of shipping companies is increased which is not in our control; hence the delivery of your ordered goods may vary from our estimated delivery date. You must accept & order keeping this in mind. Delivery will be made between Mon-Friday as maximum countries follow 5 days working.
  2. What are the shipping charges for deliveries outside India (International)?
    You can find out the shipping charges by selecting your shipping country on the order check-out page on our website. Once your cart value is more than $119 you are eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination country.
  3. What about VAT & Customs Duties? Is there any fixed VAT or Customs Duty?
    VAT and Import Duties are not in our control. It may vary according to the rules of different countries and the amount must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in your order amount but may be charged to you by your government as per the rules in your country.

All of Anuchaa orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address through our courier partner (DHL, FedEx & UPS). Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional duties & taxes fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience easy, we have arranged with our courier partner to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our courier partner for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.

  1. Do I need to pay the customs duty when I have already paid shipping charges?
    Shipping charges refer to the carrier cost of an item from the origin (Seller) to the destination (Buyer) country and charges are paid to the logistics partner as freight. Customs duty is the extra charge (Tax) levied by the customs authorities; at the time of importing the goods in the country.
    Whenever an item crosses an international border from one nation to another it is subject to these charges by the importing country’s rules and regulations. The charges may vary according to the rules of different countries depending on the item, item value, quantity, fabric, and uses.
  2. Why were there no Instructions for Custom charges at the time of placing the order?
    We have mentioned possible Custom Duty/ Vat Implications but the Custom Duty/Vat Varies from country to country. Also, it’s not charged on 100% of shipments. It is absolutely not possible for us to predict in advance.
  3. What should I do if the package received is open & the product seal is in broken condition?
    This may happen due to some customs checking or any other country-specific rules. Please check your ordered items are intact & safe. If not; then please mention the same on the delivery acknowledgment copy & inform our customer care as soon as possible with product videography.
  4. What should I do if my product is lost in transit?
    We are working with the finest courier companies but as it is a subject matter if the product is lost in transit then we will reimburse the product cost after deducting shipping & packaging charges or the complete amount which we receive from the courier company.
  5. What should I do when there is a delay in delivery?
    We try our best to deliver orders on time. However, due to unforeseen situations like holidays, strikes, natural calamities, etc. delivery may get delayed. In such cases, we’ll not refund or return any products.
    In case the delay in dispatching your order is caused due to unavailability of stock we will inform the same to you by sending mail as well as on phone, and you will be able to choose to allow us for extra days to fulfill your order or select an alternate product from our website, wallet credit or a refund for that product. For a refund, we will refund the product’s cost to you after deducting bank charges.
